In 2012 Festival Coordination and Promotion will be divided into 6 areas:

1) Artisans & Food Vendors ~ Jim Young ~ Manager for many years of the Lithia Artisans Market of Ashland.

2) Music & Entertainment ~ Chuck Nagel

3) Promotion ~ Jim Young

4) Volunteer Coordinators ~ Kathleen Fleming

5) Administrative Coordinator ~ Carol Hoyt

6) Festival Directors ~ Jim Young , Van & Kathleen Fleming
