In 2011 Festival Coordination and Promotion will be divided into 6 areas:

1) Artisans & Food Vendors ~ Rob Joseph ~ Manager for many years of the Lithia Artisans Market of Ashland.

2) Music & Entertainment ~ Dave Scoggin

3) Promotion ~ Marcus Scott

4) Volunteer Coordinators ~ Stephanie Gould

5) Administrative Coordinator ~ Carol Hoyt

6) Festival Directors ~ Jim Young & Marcus Scott
